Some Progress...

I have been working steadily on this piece for the past week.  So far I feel pretty good about where it's headed though I am still finding my way back in a lot of ways.  I have been skipping around rather than working one part to near completion but it is moving along.  I will say that it feels very strange to be standing at my easel but it's a good kind of strange.  I think, in the end, this painting will really stand for something--if not for anyone else, for me.
