A new painting begun...

As mentioned earlier I have decided to start a fourth piece for this series.  Actually I had been trying to take reference photos for a number of weeks but the timing was always wrong.  Finally I have an image to work from and I feel good about the possibilities it holds.  I'm planning on playing with the depth of field with this one to really focus on the wrapped hands of the figure.  It should be fun to work on such a small section of the body for a change.  This is the overall composition at 12" x 14".  Let's see where it goes...
